To deepen our understanding of Inamori’s business philosophy and apply the core tenet “Elevate Mindset, Expand Management” into daily operation, General Manager Mr. Guo and the comprehensive management team participated in the 7th Seiwajuku Inamori Philosophy Practice Report Conference.

At the conference, many entrepreneurs shared real cases of practicing the philosophy. We learned that business growth starts with the improvement of one’s mindset. Only by constantly polishing our inner character, holding the principle of “doing what is right as a human being”, can we make correct judgments in operation, serve customers sincerely, and unite the whole team toward shared goals.

The team exchanged ideas on how to translate philosophy into practical management. We realized that elevating mindset is not empty theory.
